Standard delivery takes between 7 - 14 days. All packages are registered and customers are forwarded a registration number at time of dispatch. Note standard air mail shipments cannot be tracked in real time.

Retail orders less than 4 kilograms are shipped with EMS [Express Mail Service].

Orders 4 kilograms and over are shipped by DHL.

EMS/DHL are fast, reliable and fully trackable -- tracking numbers and website links are forwarded to you within hours of dispatch. Delivery time is within 5 working days to all destinations. IMPORTANT: Production time is 1-5 days. From time of order, delivery to your door should be within 4 - 10 days. Any orders experiencing production delays will be notified accordingly. Please let us know in advance if you have a deadline.
