REFUNDS: MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE for defective products employs strict quality control procedures, but if you believe the product you received is substandard, please contact us.
If you advise of any genuine defects within 7 days of delivery, we will offer appropriate compensation of either; a full refund equaling cost of damaged/substandard product plus shipping costs and/or free products in any subsequent orders.


Express courier: will resend at our cost or refund any express courier order that fails to arrive within 2 weeks (Customs delays excluded). Occasionally, an outbound dispatch delay occurs with the courier company and package is not updated in the tracking system until it clears destination Customs. However, it is rare for express courier to take longer than 7 days - 90 percent are delivered within 3-4 days. 

Standard air mail: will resend at our cost, or refund any standard air mail order that fails to arrive within 2 months. Note standard air mail delivery times vary considerably (7-28 days) and cannot be tracked online.

In the event of delays beyond those specified, we will launch an investigation. In the event of further delays (2 months from dispatch date, we will resend (or refund) the shipment at our expense.

RETURNS - Eligibility conditions will refund product cost in full if you decide that you longer want our product. To be eligible, you must:
[1] Contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment, with confirmation that you want a refund and why..
[2] You must send product back at your own cost with 14 days of receiving shipment.
[3] On receipt of product, we will immediately refund product cost in full.

[1] Product must be in original sold condition [unworn/undamaged].
[2] We cannot refund original shipping costs.

Note shipping costs are relatively expensive compared to the inexpensive cost of our products.
